It is designed around a diesel engine with the best in terms of performance and reliability, long service intervals, high efficiency and excellent fuel economy which are EX-certified.

To the diesel engine we have installed a hydraulic swash plate type axial piston pump which is designed to specifically satisfy the Oil & Gas, marine and general industrial machinery market where a high-pressure variable displacement pump is required.

Functional description

The diesel HPU have following instrumentation on engine.

• Engine oil pressure indicator

• Engine coolant temperature indicator

 

Shutdown and stop criteria’s:

• Emergency stop

• Hi exhaust temperature detection with automatic shut down

• Hi engine coolant temperature detection with automatic shut down

• Engine overspeed detection with automatic shut down

• Low lubrication oil pressure detection with automatic shut down
