The Emergency shutdown panel for air supply is to be used as a remote barrier for air supply line to your air driven equipment when working in an Ex hazardous environment.
Connect the Emergency shutdown panel for air supply to the alarm system to automatically shut down and bleed air in case of gas detection.
Isolate supply and bleed air from output lines
The Emergency Shutdown Panel for Air Supply is typically powered from the onboard gas alarm safety system. In case of emergency, the panel’s will shut down and close the air supply line and bleed-off air from output lines.
Flexible configuration
The Emergency Shutdown Panel for Air Supply can be mounted on a wheel transportation trolley, wall installation bracket or a standing bracket.
The frame, bracket and junction box are made of stainless steel.

Air ports
The heavy duty connection block contains tree outputs ports. All ports – input and outputs- can be equipped with isolation ball valves or quick connectors.
Pneumatic valves
All pneumatic valves are installed in a stainless steel protection cabinet.
Switches system
Can be delivered with different configurations:
- fully pneumatic with emergency stop and reset pneumatic functions
- semi-pneumatic with electric emergency stop and pneumatic reset function
- full electric with both emergency stop and reset in electric configuration
