Hydraulic Control Panel

General information

Control Panel is built in stainless steel frame designed and approved for internal lifting. Welded side panels increase protection and strength of the unit.

On 4 of the top corners VLBG Load rings are installed. Certified lifting sling is delivered with unit. For easy access and maintenance, back panel is bolted to the main frame and front if the unit is equipped with access door. Inside the unit is storage compartment for documentation and radio controller.

For better protection of the hydraulic components, unit is equipped with high quality 10 μ m filter installed. Main functions are controlled by proven PVG 32 proportional valve unit.

Hydraulic system is built on stainless steel AISI 316 pipes and fittings.

Hytech Hydraulic Control Panel can be delivered in fully manual version or with fully remote radio control system. In case of Radio Control version, power supply of 230 VAC is required.
