Quality
On 1st January 2013, the "Vikarbyrådirektivet" was introduced in Norway. The purpose of the directive is to ensure equal treatment between hired and permanent employees. This means, among other things, that our hired employees must have the same pay and working conditions as the tenant's own employees.
All our deliveries are in accordance with the "Working Environment Act". In 2007, Hytech Personnel joined the agreement with Industry and Energy. This has given us good competence in hiring personnel in areas with different collective agreements.
